Full gut renovation of a 2,800 sqft post-war apartment in Lenox Hill, reimagined into an open, refined, and highly functional home for a growing family.

All Vision was responsible for construction management, rough carpentry, finish carpentry and mouldings, custom millwork, hardwood flooring, tile and stone installation, painting and specialty wall finishes.
The scope included resolving complex ceiling conditions, integrating architectural lighting, executing warm veneer millwork, installing chevron-patterned oak floors, and delivering precise finishes throughout the kitchen, living areas, entry foyer, and powder room.
